Palkkamajakka is a payroll services and advisory firm that can take care of all of your payroll services. We are a part of Tilimajakka Oy, an accounting and advisory firm that offers a full range of accounting, tax advisory and consulting services to its clients.

Our office was established in the mid-1990s and employs four payroll processing professionals that have an extensive experience in payroll processing. We are located a few kilometers from the heart of Tampere in the Hatanpää district.

We process thousands of payroll statements every month. Our customers range from one-person companies to large corporations with hundreds of millions of euros in sales and hundreds of employees. We are familiar with a variety of industries such as cleaning, construction, metals, retail and wholesale, restaurants and hotels, social services, technology, temporary staffing services and transportation.

Our clients include Finnish subsidiaries of foreign companies, including those of multi-billion dollar foreign corporations, and companies whose owners have moved to Finland from abroad. We have English speaking staff.

In addition to standard payroll processing, we offer a full range of other services to support the human resources management of our customers, for example

• Paying salaries and wages electronically
• Calculation of vacation time and pay
• Processing employee travel expenses
• Reporting salaries and wages by cost center
• Preparing and filing reports to the National Incomes Register, The Social Insurance Institution of Finland (Kela) and Statistics Finland

We can advise you on the financial side of human resources in Finland and tell you about the local practices such as statutory payments and labor insurance requirements.
